What to look out for when reading reviews

  • Concrete descriptions instead of adjectives. A review such as “works perfectly, activated in 5 minutes” is more meaningful than “very good!!!”.
  • Read the provider's responses to critical reviews. How does the shop respond to complaints? Solution-oriented or defensive? That tells you more than any 5-star eulogy.
  • Watch for concrete problems, including how they are resolved. If a problem comes up repeatedly and is always resolved the same way, that is a pattern. If it occurs once and was resolved, it is statistics.

Our star rating is connected live via the Trusted Shops API and is therefore always up to date. We only change the verbal level when the Trusted Shops class actually changes. You can read the day-to-day figures directly in the Trusted Shops profile.

How do you handle negative reviews?

We read every one, reply to every one, and try to solve the described problem concretely, usually through a replacement license, a refund, or a clarification call. We leave critical reviews in place.

Why is there no review section of our own on the site?

Because reviews posted by the seller themselves can be manipulated. On Trusted Shops, they are tied to real orders and therefore cannot be faked. That is the trust we want to build.
